Removes the per-trait update-rate
Adds a task timer to update the marker for any NPC moving around
Sets the marker update delay to 5 minutes
Skips all quest marker updates, unless a quest has changed

DynmapCitizens

This plugin aims to add dynmap markers for several types of Citizens NPCs. It's currently very WIP, and will change a lot, until it's finished. The plan is to allow translations of all marker text, and disabling markers on a per-trait basis, and possibly choosing exactly what information to display on each trait's marker description.
