When teleporting from and to stargates in the same world, everything works fine, but when teleporting from the overworld to the end or from the end and to the overworld, the rotation seems to be wrong.

Not sure how consistent it is, but I've made some observations:

When teleporting to the overworld, the rotation seems to be 90 degrees less than it should be.
When teleporting to the end, the rotation seems to be 90 degrees more than it should be.

This isn't a high priority bug, but it should be fixed if it's fixable.

This only seems to happen when teleporting using living vehicles. The rotation is fine when teleporting just the player.
