A fork of Factions3

This fork aims to fix and improve annoyances in the unmaintained "official" fork.

Notable changes:

Leads can no longer be removed without build permissions
A separate faction permission decides who can read a book in a lectern, while removing/adding a book requires build permission.
Leaders can remove LockettePro signs
Various material lists have been updated with new mobs/animals/containers/materials etc.
