While minstrels are nice and all, some players may get tired of repetitive tracks, and may not want to turn other Minecraft music off. Players should be allowed to use a command like /minstrel mute to disable all minstrel music. The state of this option should persist between server restarts. The command should not require any permission to be run, as it should not be possible to force players to hear things they don't want to.
