d65bd7a704 Fixes javadoc errors
It does not improve upon the existing documentation but instead removes all broken documentation and has minor changes to some existing. More work will need to be done later to documentation.

d09dbee3c7 Optimizations to schematic loading / pasting -> ~10,000,000 bps
The downside is it completely ignores entities and such, so WorldEdit is
the way to go if you need precision but don't care for large sizes or
speed.

Default plot clearing is now properly async (and somewhat slower)
Offline mode servers now default to lowercase (there has been ample time
to update)
Fixed some issues with plot expiry
Fixed some issues with UUID caching
Optimized UUID fetching from cache (marginal)
