For some commands, some extra toggles could be useful:

For encryption, if real encryption is enabled, and a new config value: "Allow_No_Encryption_Recovery", a toggle in the encrypt command can store the cipher text without a key. That would mean the only way to decrypt the book would be to provide the correct password.
For settitle, having a toggle for setting the display name instead of the book name would make the command more versatile.
