Don't convert presets to materials in the config files #6

Right now, the config file always contains a list of materials which is nice for seeing which materials are usable, but there are drawbacks:

  1. If new materials matching the preset are added, they won't be automatically added, and the user has to add them manually.
  2. It's not possible to see which presets are in use, thus making it harder to add or remove a preset from an npc.
  3. The output is currently really messy if a blacksmith can repair a lot of items.
